Email button at the bottom right corner

I have an email button showing at the right bottom corner of the emulator screen, I don't know where it came from, its been there since the beginning of the project. I cant click on it or highlight it, any one has the same or knows the reason

It is called a Floating Action Button (FAB). To remove it go to app > res > layout > activity_main.xml (or whatever your main activity is called). It will not look like your other layout and instead will contain the FAB. You can remove it in the text view of the layout if you want, otherwise, you should be able to select it now.

tl;dr There are 2 layout files, one will be of the content and the other will contain the button.
