Python Python Basics (2015) Logic in Python Conditional Value

else statement

what is wring with this code?

conditions.py
admitted = None
if admitted >=13:
    print ("It is true")
         else:
            admitted = false

don't print if they don't ask you to print, just set the variable, also the else needs to be under the if at the left edge.

Python has significant whitespace. unless your indentation is correct, your program will be syntactically incorrect. in this case, if and else need to be at the same indent level.

if condition:
  return true
else:
  return false
