The fly can be eaten if the tongue length is equal or greater than the distance to the fly. But the code here returns false if the tongue length is more than the distance.

Also, while it won't affect passing the challenge, you probably don't need to specifically test the length for 0 because if the distance happens to be 0, a length of 0 is likely good enough.
