Earlier version of workspace. How can I go back to a previous workspace?

I delete my index,html folder by mistake how can I go back to a earlier version of my workspace?

Thnks for your answer but when I open workspace on the left of the homescreen I can not see how I load a previous workspace. How do I do that?

On the left of the home screen below the forum button is a workspaces button. You can load previous workspaces from there
