376 PointsDropping Images into the Workspace
When i try to drop images into the side bar in the workspace nothing happens. Is there something I need to do differently when using a Windows based system? Or is there some setting in Google Chrome that I need to change for it to work?

11,940 PointsIt may not work in Google Chrome. This is a popular issue; I recommend you right click in the document tree, and choose the upload file option.
Also, you've made duplicate Forum posts. Consider deleted one of them. Hope this works out for you, and if it doesn't, try working offline instead of with Workspace.

10,616 PointsI was having the same issue but then i realized that just because you clicked on the folders they did not unzippped. I realized once i clicked on the folder to copy the images, there was a tab on the side bar that read Extract All Files. Click that and a Select A Destination and Extract Files pop up box should come up, then just click Extract files. Then you can drop those images in the workspace.
