Which browser are you using? I'm using Microsoft Edge and can't drag files either. I use the console to move the files, View -> Show Console. The type for example "mv picture.jpg images" to move file picture.jpg to folder images. or "mv images/picture.jpg ./" to move picture.jpg in folder images to the root folder.

Hope this helps :) Kind regards

Other than refreshing or closing and opening the workspaces I'm out of ideas. Just make sure you save everything. Let's hope someone else has a solution :)

Actually I had a similar issue in a CSS Basics lesson. For some reason I couldn't drag a CSS file that I just created into a different folder. I am using the latest version of Google Chrome and I did not have that problem before in previous lessons.

As a workaround I simply right-clicked on the folder directory and and selected New File and then proceeded to rename the file with the appropriate extension.

I had the same issue using google chrome. In order to get the images in the img folder i uploaded all images directly to the folder. I deleted all that images that i uploaded by dragging and dropping Right clicked on the img folder I created And uploaded all the image files by selecting them. Hope this works

Same problem, but I can't drag files to the folder, only to the upload box, which doesn't put them where I need, give me the option to put them where I need them, or allow me to drag them from the base driectory at all.

I had the same problem.I'm using foxfire web browser. I down loaded the zip file selected all and tried to drag them but it did not work as explained in the video. When that did not work I went to the zip file, right clicked extract all. Each picture was displayed and I dragged them into the work space one by one. Hope this helps someone
