iOS Enumerations and Optionals in Swift Introduction to Optionals Initializing Optional Values

Does not make sense

The editor is saying the attached code cannot be complied and gives no error message when I click Preview. I can execute in XCode without a problem so I'm not really sure how to finish the quiz.

optionals.swift
struct Book {
    let title: String
    let author: String
    let price: String?
    let pubDate: String?

    init?(dictionary dict : [String : String]) {
        if dict["title"] != nil && dict["author"] != nil {
            self.author = dict["author"]!
            self.title = dict["title"]!
            self.price = dict["price"]
            self.pubDate = dict["pubDate"]
        } else {
            return nil
        }
    }
}
