Treehouse TeacherNicolas,
You should be able to use MonoDevelop to following along with most of the earlier C# courses on Treehouse (i.e. C# Basics, C# Objects, and Intermediate C#). Once you get into the ASP.NET MVC and Entity Framework courses, you'll likely find it more difficult to do, though not necessarily impossible.
You might also check out the preview of Visual Studio for Mac. Though, at this time, this product still doesn't align 100% with Visual Studio on Windows.

Another possibility is to use an application like VirtualBox, which allows you to run Windows on your Mac. Then you can install and run Visual Studio Community on Windows running in a virtual machine on your Mac. This is how I do a lot of my C#/ASP.NET development.
