I'm also looking for an alternative for Photoshop (also for Chromebook).

6,113 Pointshttps://codeanywhere.com/ is probably the best solution for Chromebooks. it's 100% cloud based and free unless you want to start utilizing VM's for web apps etc. You can save all your files in your Google Drive and can access and work on them anytime. Plus you can incorporate other languages right into it such as Ruby so you can have an all in one editor. Hope this helps!
