Does anyone know how to practice more all we learn in the tracks?

Hi there, I am new at treehouse and I feel, regardless I am learning a lot, I have not enough practice. Do you have any idea of where I can find exercises or real projects in order to put all I've learned in practice? I am studying front-end web development, just starting with JS.

I am wondering this myself. I've been trying out different tracks and following along with workspaces and the videos for about 6 months now but I would love to attempt a project on my own. I am so new to this though that I don't haven know how to do that. How do we practice outside of workspaces? Which programs do we need?
