Documentation link for working with dates (Oracle) not working

In the Teacher's Notes tab, under Documentation Links , the link refferencing Oracle way of working with dates is not working anymore. The correct link would be: http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/issue-archive/2012/12-jan/o12plsql-1408561.html
