As far as your code, you forgot to declare what kind of document it is. You're studying web development, but there are other file types that are interpretable by the browser.
The first line you're looking for is:
<!DOCTYPE html>

231,269 PointsWhen I plug this into the challenge, it says "Bummer! Your DOCTYPE should be "html" (without quotes)."
So to make it good, add "html" to the "DOCTYPE" tag.
Also, please revise the language in this question's title to conform to the Code of Conduct.
