do i need to download treehouse-rails4.box?

on the VM download page in video it is written that treehouse-vm.zip is the only file i need. But when runing vagrant it starts downloading rails4.box file atomaticly. Should i wait 4 hours more wile file is downloading, or there is a faster way to run vagrant?

if you have Ruby, and RoR alreasy downloaded and installed, all you really need is the terminal or command line prompt that came with your computer.
