Display two featured images shoulder to shoulder

I would like to display my more than one featured image the way Zac did it, but not as many images as he has in this video rather just to display two featured images right next to each other.

The images are showing but my only issue is that the first image automatically right aligns itself. Is there anyone that knows what is the issue her and is you do please help me solve this.
