disagree with 'pro' policy

If teamtreehouse cut off courses that a was able to see before and switch it over to pro.
Why don't they cut off the price of my 'Basic plan' enrollment?

Can you give an example?

I am not sure their philosophy, but I always viewed the pro plan for more advanced users. All of those links seems to be for more advanced concepts. I assume they were basic at first because they were testing the course before charging extra, or they added something to the course.

Either way, can you fault a business for charging a fair rate?

Hi there! I understand that it can be frustrating to have planned to do something and then have the plans fall through due to changes made by another party.

But while you may disagree with the policy, you did, in fact, agree to it when you agreed to the Terms and Conditions. If you'll look at section 2 you'll find this quote:

"... The Company may modify, replace, refuse access to, suspend or discontinue the Website, partially or entirely, or change and modify prices for all or part of the Services in our sole discretion. All of these changes shall be effective upon their posting on our site or by direct communication to you unless otherwise noted. Your use of the Services following such posting or communication constitutes your acceptance of the terms and conditions of this Agreement as modified."

Best of luck to you! :sparkles:
