Dictionary

Question

I am having some difficulty in getting the key and Vallue fields being accessed in the 2nd method. I will review dictionaries again, but a little help here would be greatly appreciated

            if(!WordCount.ContainsKey(word))
            {
                WordCount[word]=1;
            }
            else
            {
                WordCount[word]+=1;
            }
        }

        public Dictionary<string, int> WordsWithCountGreaterThan( int count)
        {
            foreach(KeyValuePair<string, int> pair in WordCount)
            {
                if(pair.Value > count)
                {
                   WordCountGreaterThan1.Add(pair.key, pair.value); 
                }

                return WordCountGreaterThan1;
            }
        }
    }

Amit,

I think you're really close to having the correct answer. Instead of using a public field, WordCountGreaterThan1, for the method's return value, trying using a variable local to the WordsWithCountGreaterThan method. Also, review where your return statement is placed.
