6,285 PointsDev tools appears different
My version of Chrome Dev Tools on a Windows machine appears to have less options than Nick's does in the video. For instance, the rendering options he selected were not available, and I'm not seeing anything in settings that lets me add anything in, either.

33,856 PointsHey Aaron, I made this video to show how it's done on the newer version. Also, here's a link for rendering settings. Let me know if that helps you out.

8,903 PointsSeems like the video hasn't been updated and it's been a year. Still showing the old panel.

33,856 PointsHey Aaron, if you can give me some more information on what you're not seeing, maybe I can get some information on that for you. Otherwise, I'd recommend Chrome Canary for the latest features.

6,285 PointsThanks, just downloaded Canary, however, I'm seeing the same discrepancy. First thing I notice is the layout. Nick's left pain shows Events, Frames, and Layout with associated icons, whereas mine just has two check boxes with Capture stacks and Capture memory. On the bottom of his are checkboxes for Loading, Scripting, Rendering, and Painting, which mine also does not have. Later he changes settings under the General -> Render settings to Force accelerated compositing and enable continuous page repainting. These weren't available to me either, that I've found so far.
