Hi Christopher,

I resolved this issue with... Error - Unable to write to an update "C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts".

It was caused by my antivirus. I turn it off for 10 minutes. Changed file "C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts". Instal and start Wordpress. After that everything was working even with the antivirus.

I didn't have this issue with Chrome, so I cannot help with that.

Take care :)

What exactly did you change in the file?
