71,830 Pointsvijay, you are making it much harder than it is. All he wants is for you to create a String variable named firstName (as you did), then initialize it to your name (which you also did), and then use the variable in a printf statement (which you did):
String firstName = "vijay";
console.printf("%s can code in Java", firstName);
You don't need to put it in a main method. Also, the console is already there, you don't need to recreate it. As it says: "I have set up a java.io.Console for you.
