public int getRemainingCharecterCount(){ return MAX_CHARS - text.length(); }
public class Tweet {
private String text;
public static final int MAX_CHARS = 140;
public Tweet(String text) {
this.text = text;
}
public String getText() {

}
public void setText(String text) {

public int getRemainingCharecterCount(){

The method should be called getRemainingCharacterCount but you have called it getRemainingCharecterCount (Character is misspelled as Charecter), it's a pretty minor and hard to spot typo, but in the world of programming typos usually cause problems no matter how minor they are.
If you fix that issue then your code will work.
