Cygwin can't find 'top' command

So I'm practicing the command line with Cygwin. However when I want to run 'top', the output returns 'top: command not found'. How would I fix this?

"Top" is installed with the procps package, which is not part of a default installation.

:point_right: Just re-run cygwin setup, find the package in the System category and install it.
