Cyberduck isn't connecting to WebHosting4Students Server?

Simply said I signed up for $25 dollar (Web Hosting for Students) plan and then couldn't find a way to add users on my hosting site which is why I cant to cyber duck since it needs username and password along with a protocol and the server. I only have the server for cyber duck... Any help is gladly appreciated :)

You would need to reach out to WebHosting4Students which I believe is still owned by Zac Gordon. If you can not get ahold of someone through WebHosting4Students I should just shoot him a message on twitter and ask him to contact you about it.
