Your definition is incorrect. It should read that A through F represent numbers 11 through 16, not 10 through 16.

The Teacher's Notes states:
Hexadecimal - A base-16 number system that uses the letters "A" through "F" to represent the numerals 10 through 15.
This is correct. I've written them both next to each other in the code block below.
