Well first, your English is excellent. I'd suggest you start working on your portfolio page. It won't require that much imagination because who knows you better than yourself? I'd suggest picking up codepen at http://codepen.io/

The basic account is free and you can start coding immediately. Try and break down what you think you might want to do in small steps. First, just see if you can make the basic html for the landing page. What do you want on the first page of your portfolio page. Do you want extra pages for contact information etc? If you do, then put up links to those pages. This is what I mean by breaking things down into smaller chunks. Any project is going to be overwhelming if you take a bird's eye view of it.

I usually do this: First I decide generically on the content of the site. What am I trying to get across to the users who come here? Then I decide how I'm going to break that up. Do I want contact information on a separate page? Then I start thinking about the layout. And then I start doing the styling. And I make some generic plans regarding color themes and fonts to be used.

Here's where wireframing and todo lists can come in handy. Put everything you want in one list and as you have ideas, add it to the list. Then as you get them done, move them to a done list. Trello at https://trello.com/ is a great utility for keeping all your lists together. I think you'll be surprised at how far you actually get if you can start learning to break down your projects into tiny parts. Good luck!
