231,198 PointsThere's what should be a comment beginning on line 75 which is missing the slash ("/") at the very beginning. This creates a syntax error which then causes the following rule to be ignored (which is the one where this property is). So you're also not getting the effect of those margin and padding settings, either.
Just replace the missing slash to fix it.
