Creative commons

Anyone here that use creative commons images in your app? Is it safe or can you get sued?

So long as the license allows commercial use of the image, you should be safe from law suits. That being said, I am not a lawyer and you should speak to a lawyer if you have any questions/concerns.

Have you watched the creative commons video that's part of Chris Zabaleta's Copyright Basics course?

There are actually 6 licenses offered by Creative Commons. So it depends on which one you are referring to.
