Although I don't think that's the issue.
The challenges can get quite specific. It doesn't ask you to include the anchor (link) tags wrapped around the image or a paragraph tag. It's also asking for 3 images instead of just 1.
It should look something like this:

<li><img src="img/numbers-01.jpg" alt=""></li>
<li><img src="img/numbers-02.jpg" alt=""></li>
<li><img src="img/numbers-06.jpg" alt=""></li>
</ul>
