Creating and putting images into folder on workspace

Hello I'm having trouble with putting the images into a new folder on workspace. In the video he says I should be able to drag the images into a new folder after uploading them but its not working. What am I doing wrong?

I am having the same issue as well. Replicated issue in Google Chrome Version 56.0.2924.87 (64-bit) and IE 11.

I'm having the same issue too. Workspace lets me upload files and create new folders, but it won't let me drag files into folders.

Alexander Laska & Dennis Alcazar,

I found a workaround. Create your folder in the workspace --> Click on the folder you created --> Click 'File' to the right of your files and folders --> Select 'Upload File' --> Select all of your photos you want to upload and then they will upload into your selected folder.

Hope this helps until the original issue is resolved.

Hello I drag the photos in the workplace but they doesn't stay there and doesn't get inside the workplace. What should I do in order the photos to get in the workplace?

Awesome thanks Collin.

Same error for me on Edge browser. But can use the mentioned workaround and upload directly to folder.
