What does HTML element that will serve as the documents root means? What I'm suppose to do?

Treehouse TeacherHTML uses tags to tell a web browser what each part of a document is. For example the <h1>
tag is used to create a "Heading 1" -- a large, important headline on a page.
All of the tags you use to create a page go inside that <html>
tag. We often use the word element to mean tag as well. Tags usually come in pairs, so you add the HTML element to a page using an "opening" and a "closing" tag like this:
<html>
</html>
The other HTML you add to a page will go inside of this set of tags.
