Hey Matthew,

I noticed that you didn't close your nav tag and you also wrote the N in nav in uppercase which you shouldn't do. So you should fix that first.

When you fixed this the challenge wants you to create three list items. You create a list item by nesting a li tag in the unordered list.

In the end it should look this:

<nav>
    <ul>
        <li>Portfolio</li>
        <li>About</li>
        <li>Contact</li>
    </ul>
</nav>
