Create a Variable

For some reason I am unable to pass this challenge. I have tried several variations and I am not sure why it won't work . . .

name = "Marie" name = "Marie"; var name = "Marie"; etc.

Any thoughts on what I am doing incorrectly?

It seems like it is a technical issue that Treehouse appears to be aware of and is in the process of addressing.
