It's not working because it is in the wrong place.
Media Queries should never be at the top of a CSS Sheet. They should always be at the end. This is why the Challenge is not passing.
If you place it at the top, it is pretty much pointless, as the h1
rule in the Query can and will be overwritten by the other h1
rule further down the page. This is the "Cascading" part of CSS.
