Yes, camel case is used for variable, class, object, and function names where, in a normal typing context, words would be separated by spaces, but where in code, a space is not allowed. In some other languages, spaces are replaced by underscores.
So, where "user score" could be the variable name, you'd use "userScore".
Or if it's a class you might use "MyBigFatGreekWedding".
