You should look into either the web design track(HTML & CSS) (specifically for colors, CSS) or the front-end development track for HTML, CSS & JavaScript altogether.

If you just want to learn about 'colors' and designing an HTML webpage, go to the library section and pick CSS (Start with CSS Basics)
