Although no one I knew in the flannel-clad grunge crowd back in the day would ever have been caught dead in a Counting Crows shirt. Pearl Jam? Yes. Soundgarden? Oh, yeah. Nirvana? Definitely. Mudhoney? Hell, yeah! But we all worked in records stores & DJ'd at one of the local college stations, so we were some serious music snobs. As evidenced by the fact that we knew who Mudhoney was.. :-D
