My works as below that ran successfully on playground while couldn't pass the task here. Is there any problem ? I would really appreciate your help. Thanks.
func duplicate<T>(_ item: T, _ numberOfTimes: Int) -> [T] {
var counter = 0
var result: [T] = []
while counter < numberOfTimes {
result.append(item)
counter += 1
}
return result
}

4,548 PointsHey Enid,
You're spot on with your logic, there's just a small tweak you need to make in order to please the compiler overlords.
The function signature isn't expecting external names, so if you remove your underscores you'll complete the challenge.
Happy coding!
