Couldn't access the console

I launched the workspace but the console part simply couldn't be accessed. It's just all white, without any cursor or words like in the video. I tried to hit the button save so many times but nothing happened. Please help.

If the console is hidden then you should be able to bring it back by clicking on the "View" menu bar option in the top corner of the workspace, and selecting the "Show Console" option.
