Could not find the task 'build'

In my ASP.NET track with downloading and running the Fitness Frog app I am stuck when opening the file in Visual Studio.

I've added the zip to Visual Studio, however when I try to run it I keep on receiving error messages "Could not find the task 'build' and I can choose to either "Configure task" or "Open launch.json".

I have no clue what I'm doing.
