Cosmetic Issues I can't seem to rectify

Pretty much finished coding my website, but there are some issues that i can't seem to solve.

  1. The nav element is too high up on the page, i want it at the bottom of the header.
  2. The 2 columns on the contact page won't stack when the browser size is brought in.
  3. Same issue as above ^, the images on the portfolio page don't condense on top of each other.

Any help will be greatly appreciated :)
