Control + Slash is not working on Windows 10 with IntelliJ?

It is shown under Code --> Comment with line comment. However it is not working...

Just use the slash (Ctrl + ÷) on the numpad. it have to works if not when you installed IntelliJ you also installed NOT RECOMMENDED PLUGIN i think its called IdeaVim ( it mess your keyboard shortcuts :D )

or settup it in CTRL + ALT + A then search for KeyMap or CTRL + ALT + S
