You have selected an element with a class of ".contact-info" and then a unordered list (ul) under that element - its child. You wanted to select a ul element with class of ".contact-info". To do this, you write the element (ul) + the class (.contact-info).
Here is how you do it:
ul.contact-info {
font-size: 0.9em;
margin: 0;
padding: 0;
list-style-type: none;
}
