18,987 PointsA couple of things to note:
The first two lines select the same elements, and apply conflicting styles. This is perfectly legitamite - the last styles are used - but it may not be what you want.
You are applying the block styling to the contact-info list, not to the anchors within it. Yes, it does pass the test but that is not what they are asking for.
I am not sure if this is causing your issue, but you should probably start there.
