Hi, I would like to know if it is a good design practice to have you contact form location on home page next to carousel. Thanks

7,837 PointsDepends on the business. If it's a business where making contact is a primary goal of the user (contractor, doctor, etc.) then yes it would be ok. Otherwise you can place a link in the header and/or footer for "contact us" and they will find the link when they begin to look for it.
