Why does Craig doesn't use "this" keyword in the constructor? i,e this.mDescription = description; this.mAuthorName= authorName; this.mCreationDate = creationDate;

31,722 PointsIf the variable names are different for the local and member variables, like mDescription and description, there is no need to use this
public Thing(int variable)
{
mVariable = variable // Different names, 'this' not needed.
}
public Thing(String mString)
{
this.mString = mString; //same name, 'this' needed in order to avoid ambiguity.
}
