I'm using window 8.1 and when I opened that console, it's stuck with "we are setting up your computer". I tried it with firefox and chrome and still the same problem. Help please.

Courses Plus Student 2,682 PointsFor me when I'm launching using MacOS (clicked the icon), it served more like the timer/beachball that gets the application ready. So wait a couple moments (about a few minutes) and it'll eventually pop the same terminal that you see in the video so you can follow along.
I'm using Chrome myself and besides the loading that it takes to set up the app, I didn't have problems using it.

Courses Plus Student 17,318 PointsI don't know what happened but I can connect now to the console. You might be probably right that it has something to do with my connection to the treehouse server.

18,726 PointsI suspect that was a temporary problem with your connection to teamtreehouse.com or the server which provides the console.
Have you been able to open up the console since then? It is working fine for me, in both Firefox and Chrome.
