Console not working

The web console is not loading at all, it just continuously cycles through the meaningless loading bar.

I'm running Chrome on Linux. I've cleared my cache multiple times and restarted the browser...

I have console access on my local machine, but if (as the video says), future commands will require the in-browser console, then I'm not sure if it's going to be a viable alternative.

Hi Justin Ellingwood , sorry about this connectivity issues with console. I think we have figured out the issue and corrected it. You should now be able to log in

Jim,

Thanks for looking into that for me. It's now working as expected.

Thank you!

I tried in Chrome and in Safari. The web console still spins.

Hi Justin,

Try by starting up your Chrome browser then opening up a new tab and typing in the URL: about:blank

By doing this it opens up a complete blank page on your chrome browser. Once you get your blank page then try opening your console in it.

Let me know if this works for you.

Cheers, Armin

Hello,

Thanks for the tip, but I'm seeing exactly the same results. It just cycles through the loading bar messages and never moves past that point.

Thanks, Justin

Try reinstalling Chrome. Are you running Ubuntu?

After you reinstall reboot your machine.

I'm running Arch.

Thank you, but I'm not going to re-install Chrome to get a web-based console working if there's no need for it. I was mainly checking out the console out of curiosity and thought someone may have a simple fix.

Thanks

Justin my apologies I misunderstood your question. I thought you were speaking of Chrome's built in console.

Oh, haha. No worries and thanks for the attempt to help out. I'll try to remember to be less ambiguous next time!

Thanks again for taking time to troubleshoot though, I appreciate it!
