Console is not letting me see an output

I am typing out the code correctly, and I understand that the Picked up JAVA_TOOL_OPTIONS: -Xmx128m and whatnot is supposed to be there, but it is the only thing that is there. I tell my program to compile, and that's the only thing it gives me. I try to run my program after compiling it and that is, again, the only output it gives me, the java_tool_options etc. Is there something I can do to fix this?
