Console down? I am getting this error

"ERROR we'er sorry. We're having trouble getting your computer set up. We are working on it right now. Try again later "

I contacted support. They reset the console server and it now works (at least it works for me and I also had this error earlier today).

I tried both my MAC and PC, FireFox and Chrome however the problem continues. I am guessing I can just use my MAC's command to follow.

I ran into this exact same issue at first. Turns out my particular WiFi network was locked down and would not let me access it (which was strange, because it had always launched Workspaces with no problem). Once I switched WiFi networks, or used a wired connection, I was able to launch the console successfully. If you can, you might want to try a different network or a wired connection if you are using WiFi.
