It seems like it should say 'Create', no?

11,940 PointsIf the challenge says to "Select the element wit the ID 'gallery'", that means you're supposed to select #gallery in your CSS file. It's been created in the HTML file, so you're not creating anything in the CSS, just selecting it for editing.
/* in CSS's structure, #gallery would be the selector */

}
