I know java basics and have a bit knowledge of OOPS in java.Actually i want to learn java web development.When view java web dev track i see unit testing in java first.So in order to comple this track i should learn java first or i can continue now?Plz help?

You'll probably want to complete Java Unit Testing before you dive into Java Web Development.
In order to do Java Unit Testing, it's recommended you complete the prerequisites to do well. In order, you should have the following courses or their equivalent under your belt:
Java Basics -> Java Objects -> Java Data Structures -> Local Development Environments
